  1. Do we walk children into the drop-off location?

    1. We do walk children into locations, and we also go in and pick them up as well. There is a personal drop-off fee associated with this service.

  2. Is there an extra charge for siblings?

    1. The second sibling is free, every additional sibling is $5 each in addition to your ride cost.

  3. Do I have to register my child prior to scheduling the first ride?

    1. Yes, you do have to register your child preferably 48 hours prior to the first ride. This gives us time to set up your child and make our initial contact with your family.

  4. How early do I need to request my ride?

    1. We ask that all ride requests are made 24- 48 hours prior to the ride.

  5. Do I need to register before each ride?

    1. No, once your child is registered, they are a part of our family, and they are assigned a unique identifier.

  6. Will my child have multiple drivers?

    1. No, we will give you more details during our first contact.

  7. How are drivers screened?

    1. All drivers must pass a complete background check. Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years without any moving violations or accidents. All drivers must have 3 years of previous proven successful childcare experience. All drivers must pass the 10-point hiring process.

  8. How much will my ride cost?

    1. All rides start at $10. Please contact us for an estimate.
